If your order is defected in anyway, please contact us within 14 days of receiving showing us the issue. We are more than happy to assist your claim. We need photos to back up your claim. Please do not send us photos of used hair. Any photos of the hair used (taken out of its wrapping, fingered through, etc.) will not be returned or exchanged. Please send a full photo of the entire sticker on the package. Please also send a photo of the hair in its unused condition.
WE DO NOT CHANGE, EXCHANGE, OR RETURN ANY WIG ORDERS ONCE WE STARTED PROCESSING, OR ANY ORDERS WITH BUYERS REMORSE.
JUST LIKE ANY OTHER BEAUTY SUPPLY STORE, WE DO NOT RETURN OR EXCHANGE ANY PRODUCT THAT IS USED.
Our unique process that sets us apart is that we custom make every single order using raw, premium, virgin remy naturally straight hair. We custom make every curl using NO TRIGLYCERIDES, NO ACID BATHS, AND NO HARSH CHEMICALS.. EVER!
We moved our staff to custom make your curls in house in Southeast Asia, as our original location flooded in the 2017 monsoon. But no worries, you still receive the same high quality hair!
Curling the hair takes about a week, and we are closed on the weekends. If you need hair not custom made, please order from the in stock tab, or from us on Amazon Prime.
Please review your order for specific timeframes. And review your shipping address as we DO NOT change addresses.
