1. ALL ORDERS ARE CUSTOM MADE TO ORDER. WE ARE NOT A MASS PRODUCTION COMPANY AND DO NOT RESELL PRODUCTS FROM ALIEXPRESS. ALL HAIR IS VIRGIN, REMY, CUTICLE ALIGNED, SINGLE DONOR HAIR, WITH LESS THAN 1% SHEDDING, NO MATTING, AND LONG HAIRS FROM ROOT TO TIP. IF YOU ORDER A CURL PATTERN, WE MAKE THE CURL USING NO TRIGLYCERIDES, OR HARSH CHEMICALS. THE CURL STAYS AFTER WASHING AND CAN BE BLEACHED, FLAT IRONED, ETC. CUSTOM MAKING TAKES LESS THAN A WEEK IN MOST CASES.

  2. We are not Chinese resellers. We custom make unique and luxurious curl patterns in house. Once your order is placed we immediately use our raw virgin hair to start creating your personalized look (from scratch) in our studio. All orders are handmade by us in house.

  3. Also, for this reason, we do not amend, exchange, cancel, or change orders, especially after you have received your order, unless the order for some reason is incorrect from your receipt and unused (unless you pay a restock fee). But we do guarantee the highest long lasting quality and the most beautiful manageable curls in your own personalized texture, that you have ever purchased. Once your curls are made, and finished drying, the order ships using the shipping time frame you ordered.

  4. At Boho Exotic Studio we hand make your curl pattern at the time of your order using our raw, virgin hair. You may cancel your order within 30 minutes of ordering. After which time, your order has already started its luxury handmade process. Please make sure to read your receipt on the timeframe it will take to custom make your order, and your BES way agreement. Business days are considered (Monday-Friday) 10AM- 6PM PST. Our turnaround time is only an estimation, never a guarantee due to the unforeseen intake of orders at any given hour of the day. WE ARE NOT A CHINESE RESELLER. These items are truly handmade by our staff and take a lot of time and care to perfect. Once your item is completed, inspected and packaged, an automated email will be sent to you containing tracking information.

  5. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on discounted or customized items. THESE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

  6. All sales are final for in stock items and cannot be customized. They are already customized, packaged and ready to ship within 48 hours or less.

  7. Once you place your order, we take raw single donor virgin hair, and customize your order at the time of purchase. Our hair is SEA hair scalped from India. We personally make your curl pattern using the raw hair at the time of your order. All orders are custom made from our raw hair we have. The process of custom making your bundle is about 6 days from the date that you place your order, which does not include the weekend or holidays. If there is a sale happening, please expect an extra 2 day delay, as we receive more orders to make than normal.

  8. There are no refunds. We can provide a store credit, or replace the order from what you originally purchased. If you find a problem with your order, we will replace your order with the correct one, or provide store credit. No refund/exchange/store credit will be made if any of the following has occurred:

    YOU PUT CHEMICAL(S) ON THE HAIR

    YOU COLORED THE HAIR

    YOU ATTEMPTED TO CUT OR STYLE THE HAIR

    YOU PERMED WIG

    YOU PUT ADHESIVE OR TAPE ON LACE

    YOU WET, WASHED OR CONDITIONED THE HAIR

    YOU WORE THE WIG OR HAIR

    YOU DESTROYED OR LOST THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING

  9. NOTICE: Credit card fraud WILL NOT be tolerated by BOHO EXOTIC STUDIO. It results in lost revenue for us. We will not tolerate false charge backs or PayPal disputes. This also includes false Better Business Bureau “reviews” in exchange for free or more hair. We will litigate in a civil court of law for an item that has been received by the buyer and promptly charged back to their credit card. This is DEFAMATION OF CHARACTER and FRAUD and we will seek litigation expeditiously and aggressively. As you are entering into unilateral contract and by purchasing, you agree to purchase in good faith by the terms of the agreement. Charge backs and errors on the part of the buyer are considered a personal attack and therefore we will litigate for time lost, personnel overtime, full unit price, legal fees, research fees, and revenues lost due to down time. Communication is the key to a happy outcome, but if a charge back is completed without consideration, it is harmful to both parties involved. BOHO EXOTIC STUDIO wants to make your purchase a great experience, not a legal battle. If a legal issue is pursued, buyer agrees that it will take place in our state of TEXAS and governed by TEXAS laws. You agree to reimburse BOHO EXOTIC STUDIO for any fees associated therein plus any legal costs. This statement has been put in place due to the increased issues of fraud taking place throughout the internet and by some buyers. We ask for communication to avoid any legal remedy that will be sought.

  10. Made to order Extensions | Wefts | Bundles normally ship within 7-10 business days of order placement unless further order confirmations must be made, or unless otherwise noted on item order page.

    Made to order Closures | Frontals normally ship within 3-9 business days of order placement unless further order confirmations must be made, or unless otherwise noted on item order page.

    Please note: Made to order items are only made once you place your order. These items are not pre-made. The hair selected is collected and only then constructed into the extensions|wefts|bundles|closures|frontals ordered. The 7-10 or 7-14 unless otherwise noted business days needed for extensions|wefts|bundles|closures|frontals include the order processing and construction time needed before the items are then shipped out to you. Once shipped, shipping is by way of USPS 3-5 day Express Mail International mail service.

  11. BOHO EXOTIC STUDIO is not responsible for any additional fees or taxes you may be charged by customs. We also take no responsibility for any shipping delays caused by customs or any other occurrence that may take place once the package is turned over to the shipping company for delivery.

  12. We are not responsible for late shipments due to increment weather, US or International holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays, and weekends do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. We entrust our carriers to deliver your package on time. If your package is delayed we will not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges. We do not send to any military bases, so please make sure you have the correct address for signature confirmation at the time of purchase or you will face a delay, Once your order has shipped we will send you a confirmation email.

    If a shipment is returned to us due to a bad address we will reship via USPS at no cost to you, however there will be a delay. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED OR ABANDONED SHIPMENTS.

Our Privacy and Security Policy (the "Privacy Policy") is intended to protect your privacy and provide you with a safe and secure experience in fashion, style and shopping. This Privacy Policy protects consumers providing information through our Websites and stores and will NOT be shared with anyone what so ever. Information which you provide to us which personally 

    identifies you, such as your name, email address or billing information, or other data will NOT be shared with anyone.

  14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

    Limitation of Liability, Boho Exotica Hair by Deonna Monique LLC, does not accept liability beyond the remedies set forth herein, including any liability for products not being available for, or the provision of services and support. Boho Exotic Studio Worldwide will not be liable for consequential, special, indirect or punitive damages even if advised of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim by any third party except as expressly provided herein. This limitation of liability applies both to products and services. Customer agrees that for any liability related to the purchase of products, Boho Exotica Hair by Deonna Monique LLC is not liable or responsible for any amount of damages above the aggregate dollar amount paid by customer for the purchase of products under this agreement. Customer agrees that for any liability related to the purchase of services not bundled with products under this agreement, Boho Exotica Hair by Deonna Monique LLC is not liable or responsible for any amount of damages above the aggregate dollar amount paid by customer for the purchase of services under this agreement.

  15. POLICY CHANGES

    Boho Exotica hair by deonna monique LLC, reserves the right at our discretion to make changes to prices, policies and procedures at any time without notice. Please check this page periodically for changes

    Because we are licensed of free sale and sanitation for virgin hair, we cannot accept used hair in office, to be able to examine, etc. as this is a health code violation. This is the reason other hair extension companies cannot accept returns also. You may see hair companies provide samples to touch and feel, but you cannot touch and feel actual hair extension bundles for purchase unless you are purchasing it.Real human hair cannot be out in the open, and must be in a plastic bag with a hole, in it to let air out or a box that can easily be opened.

    Returning used hair to a hair business can contaminate other clean bundles. Since we do not know if the one wearing the hair has lice, or any other type of disease that can cross over. For instance, if we brought in a bundle in our office that was used and it had lice in it, and the microscopical bugs jumped on an employees hand and the hand touched a new bundle and the new bundle was shipped to a client, and the client got lice from the bundle, that is an extreme liability that we take no part of. We get itchy just thinking of it.

    We have also been made aware that Community Health Code Workers, or CHW, do test companies, to see if companies do accept hair for return, just to keep companies out of violation. With that said, we have no idea if you are a CHW or a concerned client. So everyone is treated the same.

    Please also see the health code below. We will not be risking our business for returns of used hair. Remember you can always return unused hair still in its bundle, and it is defective or incorrect as company error for store credit.
